Nahrein has been in the salon industry since 1991 and has a deep passion for caring for the individual needs of all her guests. She specializes in the art of threading and laser hair removal. Her expertise in manicure and pedicure services has led her to exclusively use SpaRitual’s vegan products. Her professionalism allows her to offer the best experience and provide guests with superior service in our peaceful environment.
Mary
Mary, a Columbia College Chicago alumna with a degree in Acting, has transitioned her passion for nurturing into a thriving career in skincare. With a genuine commitment to assisting clients in achieving their skincare goals, Mary finds joy in sharing her knowledge and expertise through a diverse range of facial treatments. In 2021, she expanded her skills by obtaining certification in laser hair removal, further solidifying her dedication to her craft. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community herself, Mary is committed to creating safe and inclusive spaces where everyone feels a sense of belonging. Through her work, she not only enhances outer beauty but also fosters inner confidence and self-care.
Yvette
Yvette has over 25 years of nail industry experience with a health-centered approach and an eye for fine details. She strives to make everyone feel and look their best and be healthier. It is her life’s honor to be able to accumulate knowledge, share her cooking, make people smile and feel better, and to encourage an enriched life by taking care of the often forgotten and overworked hands and feet.
David
With over 20 years of experience in the Beauty Industry; David has established, maintained, and nurtured his clientele base.
He believes in sustaining a healthy salon culture, and environment in order to accommodate clients with consistent creativity. As a licensed Educator and Certified Colorist, David has given back to the beauty industry by continuing to educate his clients as well as the new generation of future beauty specialists.
Jill
Jill's passion to be a stylist is inspired by beauty and creativity. The constant changes in these push her to further her education, which started in Madison, Wisconsin in 2010. She continues to take color, cutting, and styling classes with Aveda so she can continue to listen to her clients' needs— from a trim to a makeover. She loves what she does, but her favorite aspect of her work is helping clients look good and, just as importantly, feel good when they leave the salon.
Brook
Brook Umbrell draws upon over two decades in the beauty industry, beginning her career as a make-up artist in 1998. After learning the art of make-up application, their ingredients and effect on the skin, she decided to combine her passions for makeup artistry and skincare, becoming a licensed esthetician in 2004. Brook specializes in natural brow design, quick and easy brazilians as well as relaxing and rejuvenating facials and body treatments. She takes a very natural and holistic approach to her services and works with you to customize an experience unique to each client.
Mariia
Originally from Ukraine, Mariia has over 6 years of haircutting experience across 3 countries. She has a passion for listening to her clients' needs and executing them with meticulous detail. As a multilingual artist, she has experience working well with an international clientele.
Iryna
Iryna is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She got her training in Thailand, Ukraine, and USA. She is also certified in Medical Massage and Reflexology. Iryna is dedicated to providing a high-quality, customized massage that meet your specific needs.
Marlena
Marlena is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and a board certified
herbalist. She received her Masters of Science and her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science Chicago.
Marlena provides an authentic and compassionate experience in each and every session. She loves to empower her patients on their journey towards good health and wellness by channeling the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself. With specialties ranging from infertility and pain management to digestive imbalances, migraines and anxiety, she provides customized care and treatment plans for all her patients.
Marlena is also passionate about Microneedling and facial rejuvenation. She loves using these modalities to help melt away stress, heal the body and give patients a beautiful, nurturing glow inside and out.
Zori
Our nail technician, Zori, has had a passion for creativity and precision since 2015. Originally Zori is from Ukraine and has mastered skills in various techniques from classic manicures and pedicures to intricate nail art designs. Their dedication to staying updated with the latest trends and techniques ensure that every guest leaves pampered and polished.
Russ
After majoring in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Medicine at James Madison University (VA), Russ continued in his career path of finding ways to help relieve pain, which led him to massage therapy. A massage therapist since 2006, Russ approaches massage by looking at the entire body for the source of discomfort, not just the location of pain, in order to truly help his clients long-term. He also incorporates his knowledge of sports medicine and Kinesiology to help recommend stretches and changes in everyday life to help clients maintain a more pain free lifestyle. Russ specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy and trigger point massage.
